The historic paper mill is a place full of stories. Even back in the days of Blechnapf, this was a place where people came together and a sense of community flourished. We’re bringing that tradition of warmth and togetherness back to this historic location, but with our own unique touch.
Speisesaal isn’t about recreating the past. It’s our very own passion project for Neumünster. We bring together hearty, traditional Holstein cuisine and fresh, modern ideas.

Today, the listed historic brick complex has become a modern hub for business, services and culture in the heart of Neumünster.
Managed and continually developed by the local Wachholtz Group, the site combines historic charm with a vibrant mix of activities. Alongside creative businesses, service providers and cultural organisations, the City of Neumünster also uses premises within the complex.
